IT Helpdesk Technician

Are you passionate about technology, problem-solving, and helping people succeed? We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to join our established IT team and support end users with everyday technical needs.

This is more than just a helpdesk role. This is an opportunity to work with purpose, grow your skills, and build a meaningful career in IT.

As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will be the end user’s first point of contact for technical support. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and account-related issues while delivering friendly, professional service.

Looking for a Tech with 1 – 2 years prior experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to employees, clients, or end users
  • Troubleshoot computer, software, printer, email, internet, and network issues
  • Set up and maintain workstations, user accounts, and devices
  • Document support requests and resolutions
  • Escalate complex issues when needed
  • Help improve IT processes and user experience
  • Deliver excellent customer service with patience and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Interest in technology and helping others
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of computers, software, networks, or troubleshooting
  • Ability to learn quickly and work well with a team
  • Prior IT experience, certifications, or technical training
