Associate ChillZone Director
Join the team behind one of Oorah’s most exciting programs!
We’re looking for a passionate, organized leader to help oversee and grow ChillZone across the country.
What you’ll do:
- Visit 25–30 ChillZone locations nationwide throughout the season (Nov. – Mar.)
- Build strong relationships with volunteer staff and community leaders
- Evaluate program success and identify areas for growth
- Support and guide Chief Chillers, Head Chillers and staff
- Assist with national operations and program planning
What we’re looking for:
- Great leadership and communication skills
- Ability to travel regularly and spend Shabbos out of town on occasion
- Strong problem-solving, team-building and administrative abilities
- A passion for kiruv and youth engagement
