AI/Systems Implementer

Join Oorah and help teams work smarter by finding practical ways to use AI throughout the organization.
You’ll meet with different departments, learn how they work, and look for opportunities to save time, reduce manual work, and improve processes using AI and automation tools.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with teams to understand how they work and what tools they use
- Look for repetitive tasks that can be automated or improved
- Find and implement AI tools that solve real business problems
- Build automations, workflows, and reporting solutions
- Train and support staff on using AI tools effectively
- Track results and look for ways to improve existing solutions
- Stay up to date on new AI tools and bring fresh ideas to the organization
What We’re Looking for
- Comfortable learning and working with technology
- Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms
- Enjoys solving problems and improving processes
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or Power Automate is a plus
- Able to work with people from different departments and explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage projects from idea to implementation

Salary: Competitive, based on experience (60 – 85K plus)
