The right candidate must have a passion for kiruv and a fervent desire to build and make a difference! Kiruv experience is a big plus.
This is a full-time, Lakewood NJ-based position.

(O) What does the Assistant Kiruv Director job entail?
(YW) You’ll work closely with the Kiruv director and also side-by-side with the many individual Kiruv departments. It’s a fulfilling role – an opportunity for someone to work on the administrative part of Kiruv, helping spin the wheel of all of Oorah’s programs.
(O) What does Oorah’s Kiruv department do?
(YW) The Kiruv department carries out the mission of Oorah. Thousands of families benefit from Oorah’s many programs, from the camp department to the Rebbetzins Network, to tuition assistance and TorahMates, and much more. There’s always an event or something new going on.
(O) What type of person would enjoy the job?
(YW) Someone who’s a hard worker, trustworthy and responsible. This is a fast-paced job, and someone who likes being busy will take satisfaction in accomplishing and getting things done.
