Seeking an experienced Chef/Kitchen Manager for a large campus in Upstate NY.
A minimum of 3 – 5 years’ professional kitchen experience required.
Timely meal service for groups of 500 to 800 + people.
Cooking, baking, ordering, inventory, hiring & managing staff – all skills necessary for the job.
In addition to oversight of Kashrus in the facility/kitchen.
Both summer and seasonally throughout the year.
Huge, state-of-the art kitchen. Generous pay (30k – 40k for the summer).
