(YG): The ideal hire for this position would be a friendly and outgoing individual with a diverse skill set. Being very detail oriented, friendly and computer savvy is a must for this job. This position is unique in that it represents the company as well as the employees. You are catering to the day-to-day needs of the office and staff. Some tasks include onboarding, health insurance, disability, various types of correspondence and data entry, and so much more.
(O): What does a day in the life of an HR representative look like?
When I come to work, I never know what the day will bring. One day I’ll spend several hours interviewing applicants, another day I’ll be in meetings with managers or employees. Every day is an adventure and that’s what I love about my job.
(O): What is your favorite aspect of working at Oorah?
(YG): The office is state-of-the-art, efficient, and extremely professional. I love being able to try to meet employees’ needs and uphold the underlying principles of the company at the same time.
(O): What is it like working for Oorah?
